Inspired by them . . .

My track record may inspire you, but here’s a glimpse of why my clients inspire me. Together we’re an unshakable system of support and inspiration!

Dee has helped me improve my running, strength and mindset. Her approach to training is based on practical experience which gives her a wealth of knowledge to draw on to support her clients. She is also a personable, considerate and empathetic trainer. She really does care and that matters when you’re trusting someone with your goals.

“”Dee has been a significant reason why I have been able to achieve my goals over the last six months. The first goal was to compete in my first 10K Spartan in October 2025. Being the veteran iron- woman that she is, Dee set up a program with me that focused on strengthening exercises to get through the many course obstacles as well as building my endurance to be able to go the distance. We also focused on nutrition. When done, I had run 8K twice in preparation, having never run more than 5K ever, and my weight was the lowest since my early 20s. On the day of the race, I was one of seven 60+ year old competitors that completed the course in the 35*C heat, successfully completing 20 of the 24 obstacles.
The second goal was to downhill ski in the trees and expert slopes in Hakuba, Japan. I had skied for many, many years at a pretty advanced level, but I had not skied in over 3 years. So Dee set me up with a program to make sure I was flexible enough to be able to ski for four consecutive days without injuring myself, and also once again focused on my nutrition as well. I can gladly say that I did it! It really felt like I had turned back the clock to my younger days of skiing. My legs were certainly tight by Day 4, but to be honest, my legs always tightened up after consecutive days even when I was skiing in my 20s.
Dee’s continual encouragement, her knowledge of knowing pretty much exactly what needed to be done in terms of my fitness and nutrition program, and working with me in our sessions to make sure I was performing the exercises the right way were all huge reasons why I was able to accomplish my recent goals.
Thank you Dee

Eric

“I’m so grateful for all of your support, encouragement, and patience. You’ve helped me build not only my strength and confidence in the gym but also my belief in myself. On the days I doubted what I was capable of, your encouragement always gave me that little extra push to keep going.
Your kindness, positivity, and genuine belief in me have made such a difference, and I’ll always be grateful for that. Thank you for always being in my corner, celebrating my progress, and creating such a welcoming and supportive environment.
I feel incredibly lucky to have had you as my PT. Thank you again for everything.

Tazmin

Dee, you really are the shining light we need in this world, and through your darkest times you have demonstrated to everyone, not only how to be in the light – but how to shine like the sun. Thank you xx

“I wanted to step outside my comfort zone and take on my first standard Olympic-distance triathlon – something that felt pretty big at the start.
Four months later, I made it to the finish line in 3:02 hours. The strength work was such a key part of the journey, helping me stay injury free and build confidence in what I could do.
Couldn’t have done it without Dee’s support – thank you so much
